General Fitness

In order to play their best, professional athletes don't only practice their sport, they do many different exercises in order to perform at the top of their game.  The general consensus on weight training for young athletes is to wait until age 14 or 15, when their bodies and minds are more mature.  However, there are plenty of great exercises that can improve strength, coordination and speed that can be done by kids of all ages!
