Nutrition

What you put in your body directly affects your performance on the field.  Imagine a race car trying to win with gunked up, dirty, low-grade gasoline.  It might not even finish the race!  Trust me, you will play better and feel better if you eat the right foods.  Here are some links to ideas on better nutrition for the young athlete:
